We're looking for an experienced Asset Service Senior Administrator (Income) to join our team in this key role. As an Income Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and processing dividend data, ensuring timely receipt of income payments, and identifying discrepancies to resolve promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take receipt of market dividend data and upload current information into Quasar via a reconciliation process.
  • Process Quasar receipt of all income payments due to LGIM clients within one day of receipt and identify non-matching receipts to resolve accordingly.
  • Update unallocated income records where income cash receipts cannot be applied to outstanding entitlements and raise entries with custodians for correction.
  • Establish reasons for non-receipt of dividend payments and issue written market claims promptly after the due date, pursuing claims as necessary to ensure prompt receipt of monies.
  • Identify changes required to correct Quasar entitlements and advise necessary departments to prevent errors from recurring.
  • Compile and issue management reporting as needed and support other team members in delivering client-focused services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical investment knowledge/experience relevant to the role, with experience of challenging working practices and adaptability to change.
  • Collaborative approach to service delivery and continuous improvement, with evidence of effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and written skills.
  • Robust communication skills both verbally and written, with ability to successfully articulate issues clearly and logically.
Benefits:
