About the Role

The Asset Service Senior Administrator (Income) will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate capture and processing of dividend data for upcoming events. This includes receiving market dividend data, reconciling current information on future dividend data, and uploading it into Quasar. Additionally, the successful candidate will process Quasar receipt of all income payments due to LGIM clients, identify discrepancies, and take necessary steps to resolve them. The role also involves updating unallocated income records, raising entries with custodians, and actively reviewing and chasing up unallocated income entries to reduce unallocated income balances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive market dividend data and ensure current, accurate information on future dividend data is uploaded into Quasar.
  • Process Quasar receipt of all income payments due to LGIM clients, identify discrepancies, and take necessary steps to resolve them.
  • Update unallocated income records, raise entries with custodians, and actively review and chase up unallocated income entries to reduce unallocated income balances.
  • Establish reasons for non-receipt of dividend payments, issue written market claims, and actively pursue claims to ensure prompt receipt of monies.
  • Identify changes required to correct Quasar entitlements and advise necessary departments to ensure errors do not recur.
  • Compile and issue management reporting as necessary.
  • Support other members of the team and provide a client-focused service.

  • Robust communication skills, both verbally and written, with an ability to successfully articulate issues clearly and logically.
  • Strong analytical and written skills.
