Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML expert to join our team in developing and deploying cutting-edge systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.

About the Role:

As an AI/ML expert, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models for real-world applications. You will implement generative AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and HuggingFace Transformers. Additionally, you will work on LLM fine-tuning using PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, and similar parameter-efficient methods.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop AI models for various applications
* Implement generative AI solutions using multiple platforms
* Work on LLM fine-tuning techniques for improved performance
* Develop intelligent agents using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
* Build and optimize RAG pipelines integrated with vector databases
* Apply prompt engineering techniques for enhanced model outputs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable AI system delivery

Requirements:

* 4-6 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI
* Strong proficiency in Python programming and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
* Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM architectures, and open-source models
* Familiarity with vector databases and agentic AI frameworks
* Experience working in a fast-paced research-driven environment
