Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the development of custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in intelligent document processing, enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, and advanced knowledge of computer vision techniques.
  • Expertise in Azure AI Services (Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, Translator, OpenAI) and AWS AI/ML stack (Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, Bedrock) is essential.
  • A strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET, along with hands-on experience in post-processing OCR outputs, is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, including AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions) and Azure cloud platforms, is necessary.
  • Deep knowledge of NLP tools, translation APIs, and GenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment is expected.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and experience working in Agile projects are essential for this position.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Consumer, Retail, and Logistics domain workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Git is advantageous.
