**Job Summary:**

Our organization seeks an experienced B2B Integrator Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including knowledge of Transformation Extender Advanced (TEA), container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm for managing deployments.

This is a rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain B2B integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage integration workflows that align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using TEA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience with B2B Integrator.
  • Experience in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with Transformation Extender Advanced (TEA).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
