Job Overview:

A senior cloud administrator is needed to manage Azure infrastructure.

  • Key responsibilities include deploying and configuring Azure API Management instances, Application Gateways, Virtual Machines, and Azure Functions.
  • The ideal candidate will configure Azure AD, VNet integrations, Private Endpoints, and Managed Identities for secure connectivity.
  • Azure best practices for security, scalability, and high availability must be followed in the design of the infrastructure.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can deploy APIs, products, policies, users, and subscriptions while configuring API security (OAuth2, CORS, RBAC, API Keys).

Additionally, the successful candidate will handle API versioning, revisions, and environment promotions using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

The right individual should also automate API imports, policy updates, and infrastructure changes while monitoring platform health using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

This role requires a strong understanding of API governance policies and the ability to implement and enforce them.

In addition to these responsibilities, the senior cloud administrator will provide L2–L3 support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and manage incident resolution.

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
