As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of our IT infrastructure. This includes both local and cloud servers, network security protocols, hardware maintenance, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid setup, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Local & Cloud Server Management: Manage local servers, configure and maintain cloud services, implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for both environments.
  • Network & Security Administration: Manage network infrastructure, configure firewall policies, ensure data security compliance, endpoint protection, and identity/access management across platforms.
  • Hardware & Systems Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, handle routine maintenance, patching, and performance optimization, manage Wi-Fi networks and user authentication.
  • CCTV Support: Provide basic support for CCTV systems, including NVR monitoring and storage backup checks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure, network configurations, and IT procedures, assist with audits and compliance documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN).
  • Proficient in firewall setup and management.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Familiarity with CCTV/IP camera basics and network storage monitoring is an asset.
