What You'll Do:
You will develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with our organization's goals and target market segments. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads through effective lead generation programs.
- Segmenting target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to tailor acquisition efforts and messaging for maximum effectiveness.
- Developing and managing the customer acquisition budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of resources to achieve desired results.
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing conversion rates at various stages of the acquisition funnel to maximize lead-to-customer conversion.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and providing regular reports and analysis to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying and cultivating partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, influencers, or affiliates to expand reach and acquire customers through strategic alliances.
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize acquisition strategies, creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map and optimize the customer journey from initial acquisition touchpoints to conversion and retention.
