Marketing Manager Job Description

To drive business growth, we are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to develop and execute global marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective marketing campaigns, as well as solid knowledge of website analytics tools. They will be responsible for mapping the global market available to products, conducting market surveys and studies, and identifying future product needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement global marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market surveys and studies to identify future product needs and additional features.
  • Develop business cases for future requirements and coordinate with engineering for product development.
  • Maintain competition information to present a complete market evaluation for specific products.
  • Develop programs to maintain contact with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control marketing costs to achieve maximum reach in targeted markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to facilitate conversion and provide technical and application information support. They will also prepare instructional, descriptive, and application literature for existing and new products, and update documents and sales tools for product presentations and training seminars. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.E.) or MBA in Marketing is required, along with 12-15 years of experience in marketing management.

This is a senior-level role that requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and develop effective marketing plans to drive business results. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and project management skills.
