Job Title: User Experience Researcher

Job Description:

As a seasoned researcher, you will be responsible for conducting and evaluating primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research.
  • Develop insightful research methodologies such as user interviews, usability tests, and qualitative and quantitative domain research focused on digital products.
  • Understand the demography, market, and competition within the mobile and web space.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Specialization in UX research or related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience (strong and relevant internship experience in UX research can also be considered).
