About the Design Team

The team focuses on delivering intuitive, user-centric experiences across digital platforms. They support a wide range of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX processes from research to prototyping and execution
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation

Required Skills:

  • UX design principles and human-centered design approaches
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools
  • Design systems, information architecture, and UX patterns
  • Data-driven design decisions and AI platforms
