Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements. Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the project coordinator will need to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication to ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be familiar with change management principles and possess strong documentation techniques. Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is also highly desirable.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination and stakeholder management is required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
