About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a background in fashion, and the ability to efficiently manage tasks while maintaining clear communication with international buyers and internal teams.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Fashion Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of retail and high-fashion industries, keeping up with market trends and international buyer preferences.
  • International Buyer Liaison: Maintain effective communication with international buyers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand market demands and align production schedules accordingly.
  • Data Management: Manage and update tracking sheets, reports, and client records with accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate smooth coordination among internal departments to address project needs and resolve bottlenecks promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution or equivalent experience in fashion management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and high fashion, with experience catering to international buyers. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
