Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to bridge technical expertise with project coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of IT projects. This role requires someone who can effectively manage timelines, allocate resources, and drive execution from initiation to completion.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align expectations with stakeholders. They will plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and software projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and software projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements and align expectations.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure stakeholder communication at every stage.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and escalate when required.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to compliance, ISO standards, and internal quality frameworks.
  • Transition Support: Support transitions from project delivery to operational support teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT systems (servers, cloud, networks, or applications).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tools and Certifications: Familiarity with project management tools and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Critical Thinking and Communication: Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
