Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

This position involves working closely with our delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project risks, identifying potential issues, and developing contingency plans.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. You will also be responsible for presenting project statuses to executive teams and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager of teams 10+. They will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have PMP certification. A strong background in pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries is essential.

We are looking for a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with a polished executive presence. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and strong proficiency in Excel is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Dedicated Project Management experience of 10-12 years
  • Bachelor's Degree required; PMP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program
  • Knowledge of Drug development is essential
  • Self-starting ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is a plus
