**Design Conceptor and Project Coordinator Role**

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our multidisciplinary design practice as a Design Conceptor and Project Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and participating in site visits and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior designers in developing innovative design solutions
  • Prepare high-quality visualizations and presentations to communicate design concepts
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • Participate in site visits and monitor project execution to ensure design intent is met
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3Ds Max is a plus)
  • Strong design and visualization skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
