Job Description:
  • About the Role:
  • Deliver media strategy, planning, buying, and execution across online media platforms with a deep understanding of the Media Agency ecosystem.
  • Work with multiple client/internal teams simultaneously and demonstrate ability to manage junior resources to cater to campaigns across multiple geographies.
  • Analyze social media performance & audience data to make recommendations based on analysis to support content decisions.
  • Handle large media budgets to best optimize engagement-based branded content campaigns and pivot if necessary basis data-backed decisions.
  • Reach out to new platforms in social media as well as measurement partners to understand the ever-evolving media landscape.

This is a senior role that requires experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor performance of organic content along with measuring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment business and a strong understanding of popular culture. They should be logically and analytically strong, able to learn fast, self-motivated, and independent in execution.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience with social media analytics/Influencer marketing/(campaign planning)/paid marketing/content marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, etc.) with a proven track record of success in media/programmatic space.
  • Digital Marketing Ecosystem: Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that paid social and organic content play within.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of key metrics, insights, and analytics across different social media and content platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, other social media networks, content platforms, mobile apps, blogs, etc.).
  • Coding Skills: Knowledge of public data APIs and access to data across different social platforms, coding skills e.g. Python, Javascript is a huge plus.
