As Lead Digital Media Strategist, you will play a key role in developing integrated media solutions for our clients. With a focus on cross-channel media strategy, you will work closely with the team to create innovative campaigns that drive business results.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 7-12 years of experience handling offline and digital media. You should have expertise in TV planning, working knowledge of digital platforms, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG, preferably in top agencies. E-commerce and digital expertise are must-haves. An MBA in Marketing is also required.

In this role, your goals will be to:

  • Understand the category and brand objectives for the year
  • Take initiative towards agencies' goal for the year

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic communications and planning leadership on your set of brands
  • Helping build effective media interventions on the back of strong Communication planning
  • Acting as a senior-level contact for the client and having a strong understanding of cross-channel media strategy

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
