With 5 R&D and manufacturing facilities, over 30 global service bases, and sales centers worldwide, we have a team of more than 2,200 professionals, including over 600 R&D engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and remote assistance for the design, installation, maintenance, and modification of our renewable energy and electric drive products.
  • Troubleshoot issues with our products and offer guidance to customers on basic troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of spare parts for our products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, communicate effectively, and solicit feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the working principles of our products, familiarize yourself with system diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan and adapt in uncertain situations
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with experience in central PCS or BESS systems
  • Located in Rajasthan or willing to relocate
