Seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Solar Energy Solutions Specialist.

Job Description

The role of the Solar Energy Solutions Specialist is multifaceted and requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. This individual will be responsible for providing expert support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance training for inverter systems;
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Troubleshoot inverter problems remotely or on-site, replacing defective units when necessary;
  • Collect and analyze after-sales support data, reporting findings to leadership;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Familiarity with string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects is advantageous;
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within assigned region.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry is required, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. Additionally, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and self-motivation are essential qualities for this position.
