Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and execution of our energy storage systems division. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the design, deployment, and commissioning of energy storage projects from concept to completion.
  • Provide strategic guidance on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing for energy storage projects.
  • E nsure adherence to industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Cultivate relationships with utilities, contractors, and technology providers.
  • Develop strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Stay current with emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in energy storage system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS (Energy Management Systems), SCADA, and controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
