Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative hardware systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Your primary focus will be on architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, and overseeing the delivery of modules/systems on-time and at quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases and have exposure to state-of-the-art designing, layout, and EMI-EMC aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build innovative hardware systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems
  • Architect Power Electronics concepts for BMS
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversight of module/system delivery
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 12 - 14 years of experience in developing Building Management Systems for energy storage

Benefits:

  • Experience working with various Sensing Technologies (ex: Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor, etc.)
  • Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication ckt design

  • Experience working with MOSFET driving,

Preferred Skills:

  • Contactors and Relays
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
