Job Description

As a seasoned data engineering professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable analytics platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem using Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Analytics Platforms: Develop and deploy scalable data pipelines, transformations, and storage solutions using Dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Translate Business Needs to Technical Solutions: Drive ingestion-to-insight workflows by converting business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Establish CI/CD and IaC Practices: Implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform.
  • Ensure Governance, Security, and Compliance: Integrate Purview to maintain governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8–12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
  • 2–3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (ARM/Terraform) and data governance practices.
