Job Summary

As a Deputy Vice President of Cyber Innovation, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic innovation initiatives, simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges to accelerate our digital and cyber capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with our goals and overall cybersecurity objectives.
  • Establish and manage the Innovation & Simulation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation, prototyping, and applied research.
  • Drive strategic and operational relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Translate research findings into practical cybersecurity solutions and strategies.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into existing frameworks.
  • Promote the development of prototypes/toolkits and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase new technologies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in Cyber Innovation & Simulation.
  • Experience in working or managing a cyber Security Innovation initiatives and Simulation of cyber solutions.
  • Strong technical background with experience in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education:

  • BE/BTech degree in any discipline from a recognized university / Institution / Board.
  • OR MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc in any discipline from a recognized university / Institution / Board.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management).
