About the Role

Fitterfly is developing innovative products in the digital health domain. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can independently own and drive product initiatives from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical and product skills, hands-on experience with no-code tools, and the ability to manage client requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and who can balance strategic planning with execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Ownership: Drive end-to-end ownership of products, from ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to launch and iteration.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gather their requirements, understand their business needs, and translate these into product specifications.
- No-Code Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards using no-code / low-code tools to monitor KPIs, product performance, and client deliverables.
- Sprint & Project Planning: Define sprint goals, create sprint backlogs, and manage execution across engineering and design teams.
- Project Management: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies; track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and leadership to provide regular updates and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure products meet defined requirements, maintain high quality standards, and are delivered on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance and feedback to inform future enhancements and strategy.

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in product management / technical program management, preferably in SaaS, health-tech, or B2B domains.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing sprints.
- Proven track record of managing products independently with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Retool, PowerBI, Zapier, Bubble, Notion, etc.).
- Strong client-facing experience; ability to gather, clarify, and deliver on client requirements.
- Proficiency in creating PRDs, wireframes, user stories, and product roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance personal productivity in research, analysis, and documentation.
- Demonstrable experience in defining, launching, and iterating on products with significant AI/ML components (e.g., personalization, recommendation systems, NLP, predictive analytics).
- Technical background (engineering/computer science) preferred but not mandatory.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and basic SQL queries.
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Figma, etc.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of building products in a regulated environment (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GDPR).
