Financial Operations Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations. As Financial Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving business performance and ensuring robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and operationalize multi geo strategy for the company in alliance with Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and execute automation for finance function.
  • Act as advisor for Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification being an added advantage.

They should have minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in high growth startup.

A strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets is required.
