
Food Safety and Quality Control Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement quality systems, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement in production and safety processes.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, FDA, HACCP) and internal quality standards.
- Supervise the quality control team to monitor the production process, ensuring consistency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement protocols for raw material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing.
- Address quality deviations or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain certifications and compliance with industry standards (ISO, BRC).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Achieve Excellence:
- Document quality control processes and procedures for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
- Lead quality training programs for staff to maintain high standards and awareness.
- Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring proper resource allocation and professional development.
- Foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
