About Us:
We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to drive organizational and people-related strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built relationships with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational strategy and talent management.
- Goal Setting, Tracking, and closure; Appraisal Completion Tracking; Preparation of pre-TC decks; Tracking of actions from TCs.
- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop useful propositions for business growth in areas like talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
- Utilize data strategically to identify trends and inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
- Maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles.
- AOP Planning – understanding of making AOP as per business requirements.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources.
Experience:
- 3-12 years of experience in HR across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
Skills:
- Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Ability to work in constraints.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; knack for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders.
