About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at CCTECH. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This role is essential in helping us build a talented workforce that aligns with our organizational goals and values. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Interviewing and Selection:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and personality.
  • Administer assessments and background checks, as needed.
  • Provide candidates with timely updates on the recruitment process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain positive candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the process.
Offer Management and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive job offers.
  • Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
