Job Title

Manage corporate secretarial activities, ensuring timely compliance and leading a team to enhance execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end corporate secretarial activities for clients.
  • Ensure accurate compliance with Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
  • Lead client management and junior team members while implementing internal compliance systems.
  • Develop strategies to improve internal processes and liaison with regulatory authorities.
  • Review documents prepared by the team in terms of board resolutions, minutes, and regulatory filings.
