About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in enhancing security and convenience for millions of families by supporting our mission.

We are seeking an Associate to handle end-to-end Accounting and Process, including P2P, R2R, O2C for respective Business Units. The successful candidate will be responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and company accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounting & Reporting:
  2. Handle end-to-end Accounting and Process viz. P2P, R2R, O2C for respective Business Units (BU).
  3. Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close.
  4. Compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS), enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls.
  5. Delivery of accurate books of accounts - P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  6. Ensure financial accounts are properly supported and reconciled.
  7. Leading financial close review with Finance Leadership.
  8. Run cadence with internal teams to identify aging and take suitable actions.
  9. Responsible for Interim Audits, Due Diligence, Statutory Audit, GST Audits, etc.
  10. Prepare the company for statutory & tax audits, financial due diligence.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  1. Support specific BU with end-to-end Finance operational Support.
  2. Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the specific BU.
  3. Provide the business with timely, accurate and insightful analysis of results.
  4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.
  5. Acts as a one source of truth for numbers – Key financial metrics and performance drivers.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
  2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
  2. Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting and reporting software.
  3. Candidate who are well-versed in dealing with Auditors, Consultants are preferred.
  4. Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, Power BI, etc.).
  5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  6. High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  7. Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
