Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to maintain and close monthly books of accounts, handle GST, TDS compliance and related filings, and manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, budgeting, financial analysis, and advanced skills in MS Excel. They will also possess good command of MS Word and high attention to detail, goal-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and close monthly books of accounts
  • Handle GST, TDS compliance and related filings
  • Manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables
  • Support monthly reviews, annual audits, and statutory audits
  • Assist with information security audits & compliance communication
  • Lead operational tasks (travel bookings, performance appraisals, onboarding/offboarding)
Requirements:
  • CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, budgeting, financial analysis
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel; good command of MS Word
  • High attention to detail, goal-oriented, and proactive
