Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Enforcement officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and auditing, with a certification in CISA.

About the Role:
  • Analyse system & cyber audit reports submitted by Trading Members / Stockbrokers for compliance verification.
  • Review MIS for delay submissions, non-compliance, and non-submissions of reports.
  • Address ATR & Follow-On non-submissions, delays, and non-compliance issues with stakeholders.
  • Communicate with TMs regarding timely submissions and non-compliance matters via official channels.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy of System and Cyber Audit reports.
  • Maintain MIS for tracking System and Cyber Audit reports submitted by Trading Members.
  • Approve system & cyber audit reports submitted by IMs on the portal after thorough review.
  • Review evidence for non-compliances shared by Trading Members /Auditors at level 1.
  • Resolve queries related to System and Cyber Audit reports from clients.
  • Assist in drafting Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) for system enhancement & development projects.
  • Participate in UAT/final testing of system enhancement/business requirements for quality assurance.
  • Draft circulars based on relevant regulatory circulars at level 1 for distribution.
  • Conduct RCA Analysis at level 1 to identify root causes.
  • Verify and authenticate auditor certificates for credibility.
  • Manage conflict of interest in audit reports submitted by TM for fairness.
  • Coordinate with external entities for resubmission of reports.
  • Submit Algo MIS reports for management reference.
Required Skills:
  • CISA Certification (completed / pursuing)
  • CA or MBA finance graduate with strong analytical skills.
  • BE/B.Tech (preference CISA+CA) with experience in auditing.
  • 0-2 years of experience in auditing with a proven track record.
