Digital Acquisition Director

We are seeking a high agency, data-driven professional to lead our digital acquisition engine.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role is critical to driving user acquisition and unlocking the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Strategize, plan, and execute ROI-positive campaigns across platforms
- Performance Metrics Ownership: Own performance metrics – CAC, ROAS, LTV, cost-per-lead etc.
- Collaboration and Creatives: Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver high-converting creatives and landing pages
- Experimentation and Automation: Run A/B tests, experiment with ad formats, audiences, and funnels
- Tool Implementation: Drive automation and scale using tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel integrations, Looker Studio, etc.
- Agency Partner Management: Manage agency partners or freelancers if needed
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance with full funnel visibility

- Tool Implementation: Drive automation and scale using tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel integrations, Looker Studio, etc.
- Experimentation and Automation: Run A/B tests, experiment with ad formats, audiences, and funnels
- A minimum of 6 years of performance marketing experience, ideally with a mix of startup and/or high-growth consumer brand exposure.
- A proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong CAC control
- A high ownership mindset and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading teams and the enthusiasm to build and scale a new team from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable in Excel, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards
- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, GA4, or MMPs for attribution
