Logistics Coordination Opportunity

Job Description

  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics service providers (LSPs), and clearing agents for shipments via air and sea.
  • Ensure timely receipt of materials within defined transit lead times.
  • Maintain tracking files for shipments and monitor transit lead times for optimization.
  • Coordinate with planning teams to discuss priority shipments and align with requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP MM, SD modules is required.
  • Exception handling, damage reporting, and follow-up with warehouse for goods receipt are essential.
  • Participate in internal audits and maintain data as per company requirements.
  • Visit external warehouses, LSPs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.

Key Qualifications:

  • Any degree or diploma with 7-8 years of experience in imports logistics.
  • Deep knowledge of customs-related processes and commercial know-how.
  • Preferred exposure to SAP in MM module and knowledge of planning and procurement activities.
