Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager to drive strategic partnerships within the banking and financial services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building alliances with top consulting firms and product companies, positioning Xebia as a preferred system integrator and reseller partner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Alliance Development: Identify, establish, and manage high-value alliances with major consulting firms and product companies in BFS.
- Certification & Skills Alignment: Identify certifications and techno-functional skills required for Xebia to operate as a successful system integrator for each partner.
- Business Planning & Enablement: Collaborate with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement programs with partners, aligning on joint objectives.
- Sales Support: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop partner-driven value propositions, co-branded materials, and sales training.
- Performance Management: Set KPIs and report on alliance performance, resolving any issues that may impact partnership success.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in alliance or partner management within IT consulting or tech environments, with a BFS focus.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of BFS digital transformation and banking technology solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate value propositions and drive alignment with partners.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in driving our growth strategy.
