Leadership Role in Academic Excellence

The successful candidate will drive the Faculty towards excellence, overseeing efficient classes, examinations, and technical training programs. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing timetables to optimize infrastructure and human resource utilization.
  • Overseeing the timely preparation and distribution of essential details among students.
  • Ensuring timely completion of enrollment generation process for newly admitted students.
  • Regularly updating institutional data on teaching and learning, staff, examinations, academic programs, and circulars/notices for students.
  • Conducting regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to understand challenges related to the teaching and learning process.
  • Gathering feedback from students on the teaching-learning process and conduct of examinations.
  • Assisting the Principal and Dean of the respective faculty in preparing for scheduled visits of expert committees for institute inspection.
  • Organizing training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and the Centre for Human Resource Development.

Eligibility Criteria: A Ph.D. degree and Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education are required.
