Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

Role Description:

  • Complete ownership of managing regional administrative activities and operations.
  • Define scope and key result areas (KRAs) for team members.
  • Communicate and coordinate with immediate management to develop strategic programs and project goals.
  • Direct reporting to zonal administration head on day-to-day activities, incident management, etc.
  • Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress.
  • Manage calls and discussions.
  • End-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management and team coordination.
  • Ensure zero incidents on exam days related to administrative services.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
  • Define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the administrative team within the region.
  • Train and develop the administrative team within the region.
  • Standardize processes at all exam venues.
  • Manage vendors regionally; support zonal head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
  • Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to zonal administration heads and senior management as needed.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level.
  • Ensure SLAs/SLCs are met at exam venues.
  • Governance over ViDZ/LISP partners; regular meetings and closure of audit points.
  • Contract management.
  • Support shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region.
  • Maintain and monitor legal compliances for all venues.
  • Prepare and deploy contingency/business continuity plans (BCPs).
  • Conduct surprise checks at exam venues.
  • Handle crisis situations.
  • Coordinate and manage manpower agencies.
  • Conduct audits of exam venues.
