Key Responsibilities:
  • We collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and procurement teams to gather requirements for ServiceNow.
  • We define use cases, workflows and automation needs in ServiceNow.
  • Compliance is ensured with software licensing models.
  • We define license reconciliation, software discovery and asset normalization processes.
  • Accurate data is maintained in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • We identify non-compliant licenses, unused software and cost-saving opportunities.
  • We work with vendors and procurement to manage software contracts and renewals.
  • Support is provided for internal and external software audits.
  • We utilize Performance Analytics and Reporting to track software usage and compliance.
  • Reports are generated on license usage, cost optimization and software entitlements.
  • Recommendations are made for cost reduction and risk mitigation.
  • We identify areas for automation using ServiceNow workflows, business rules and scripts.
  • Software request, approval and provisioning processes are optimized.
  • Best practices are implemented for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle management.
