Job Title: Technical ServiceNow Professional

As a skilled Technical ServiceNow Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our IT department.

The role involves creating, configuring, and customizing various modules in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM. You will also be expected to design and develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. Experience with web-based development languages such as JavaScript, Ajax, and XML is highly desirable.

In addition to technical skills, you must possess excellent interpersonal and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in software development or a related field

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
