Operations Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide support to our leadership team. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage senior leaders' calendars, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of their time.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics and communication with clients and colleagues.
- Administer client contact databases, ensuring accurate input and timely updates.
- Prepare timesheets and expense reports for senior leaders, adhering to company guidelines.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reimbursement requests and tracking travel days associated with tax filing overseas.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, ownership, reliability, and flexibility, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
