Key Role:

As a Strategy and M&A Analyst, you will be working closely with a global team of consultants to devise inorganic and growth strategies for Fortune 100 clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Devise corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Work closely with the project team to synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting interpretations.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients by playing an active role in firm building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Keen interest in building a career in strategy and M&A consulting.
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills (Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work with in a team.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/big 4/boutique consulting/corporate strategy/corporate development background is preferred.
