Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to monitor and manage Corporate Actions across global positions.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for overseeing Corporate Actions, ensuring efficient scrubbing, timely notifications, accurate bookings, smooth election processes, and effective reconciliation.
  • The ideal candidate will directly manage Corporate Actions in operating systems, monitor Corporate Actions across reliefs, and identify eligible global positions.
  • They will be responsible for tracking events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems.
  • The Senior Associate will also oversee the election process for voluntary events, collaborate with internal teams, compile aggregated instructions, and confirm proper receipt by custodians/agents.
  • This role involves managing various Corporate Action types within the team's scope.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with established rules and mitigate operational/reputational risks.
  • Promptly escalate when operational risks are detected.
  • Maintain strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments.
  • Keep management informed about potential issues or risks.
