Procurement Specialist

An accomplished procurement specialist is sought to drive non-strategic spend sourcing across specific markets.

  • As a key member of the Global Strategy Excellence team, you will be responsible for leading engagement with markets and third-party service providers (3PSPs) to ensure delivery of services and closure of issues raised.
  • Responsible for delivering KPIs by 3PSPs in the cluster, driving 3PSP performance through robust governance and fulfillment with market procurement, engineering, and 3rd party service providers for review of KPIs.
  • Business partnering with Procurement leads, Engineering, and Factory Managers to operationalize controls and ensure compliance to GFCF and GPM.
  • Define spend and savings alignment between market procurement and 3rd party service providers to ensure clarity and delivery.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with procurement colleagues at all levels and clusters of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead engagement with markets and 3PSP to ensure delivery of service and closure of issues being raised.
  2. Responsible for KPIs delivery by 3PSP in the cluster.
  3. Drive 3PSP performance through robust Governance for Sourcing and fulfillment with market procurement, Engineering, and 3rd party service provider for review for KPIs.
  4. Business partnering Procurement leads, Engineering, and Factory Managers Operationalizing controls and ensuring compliance to GFCF and GPM.
  5. Define Spend and savings alignment between market procurement and 3rd party service provider to ensure clarity and delivery.

  • Preferred Experience Qualifications: Master's degree, MBA or similar qualification.
