We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Operations Manager to lead our branch operations in Central India. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our branches in Bhopal and Jabalpur. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our operations are profitable, efficient, and aligned with our company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including expenses, wages, and asset management
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales and revenue growth at our branches
- Lead the hiring and training process for all branch employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration
- At least 6 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and leading high-performing teams
