Position: Bar Manager
Location: Armania, Jabalpur
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
Recruit, train, and manage bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Design and manage an innovative beverage menu, including cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal specials.
Maintain stock and inventory, ensuring cost-effective procurement and minimal wastage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
Drive promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Manage budgets, sales targets, and performance reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-energy bar, lounge, or restaurant.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar equipment.
Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff effectively.
Creative mindset to innovate and improve customer experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
