Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and manage bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Design and manage an innovative beverage menu, including cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal specials.
  • Maintain stock and inventory, ensuring cost-effective procurement and minimal wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
  • Drive promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage budgets, sales targets, and performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-energy bar, lounge, or restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar equipment.
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff effectively.
  • Creative mindset to innovate and improve customer experiences.
