Seeking an Experienced Partnership Manager to lead our efforts in Education Sector Expansion.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education partnerships, a deep understanding of school systems, distribution and publishing sector, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—from schools and Higher Institutions to state education departments and implementation partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating English learning language, literacy-numeracy, and teacher coaching products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our offerings to clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
  • A strong Publisher network across pan India is mandatory.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup.
  • Immediate joiner.
  • Open to travel as required.
