About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an accomplished Record to Report Process Excellence Manager to spearhead strategic transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned financial professional with expertise in process improvement, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Vision and Roadmap Development: Establish an end-to-end Record to Report process vision and develop a comprehensive roadmap to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor Record to Report process performance, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize initiatives for implementation.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with project managers throughout Record to Report projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Cause Analysis and Resolution (CAR) Process Implementation: Drive the implementation of the CAR process to enhance problem-solving capabilities and decision-making.
  • Knowledge Management and Sharing: Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository to facilitate learning and sharing across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
  • Proven track record of driving process excellence and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
