We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Order Service Executive to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to drive business growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and availability to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
